Apple, peeled and cut (variety of apple
your choice. We like Granny Smith)

½ cups Milk (your choice; coconut, almond, rice, cow, or soy)
1-2
tsp. Honey, raw (adjust the amount to taste)

cup Baby spinach, organic, fresh (rinsed)

cup Kefir, plain or vanilla (we like Lifeway brand)
¼
cup Greek yogurt, plain
